Client organization

Keep client details connected to requests and estimates.

ScopeHand gives each contractor a private, business-scoped client area for contact details and the work already associated with that client. It is focused organization—not a generalized CRM.

Private client records

Find the customer context behind the estimate.

Search active clients by name, email, or phone, review contact and service-address details, and open their associated requests and estimates.

Create and edit

Add client contact and address details directly, then update them with conflict checks that protect against overwriting a newer edit.

Connect existing work

Add a submitted lead to Clients while preserving the original customer-submitted contact and address snapshot.

Archive and restore

Remove an inactive client from the active list without deleting their record, and restore that client later.

What client organization does not include.

ScopeHand’s current client area does not include appointments, scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, payments, customer merging, or a multi-stage sales pipeline. Those are separate product categories, not hidden features.

Contractor-controlled estimating

Keep the request, estimate, and decision together.
